Design Fees

Before any project begins we provide a proposal estimating the number hours required to complete the project. Hours are itemized per area of focus so you can easily understand the time commitments. When you receive your proposal it is a guideline for what to expect and reflects a projected “all in” price for services.

Hourly
$130/hour

-25% retainer of proposed hours required before project can begin.

-Invoicing is sent every 2 weeks.

Flat Fee
$300/2.5 Hour Design Consult

-A single day session; 2.5 hours of undivided attention to any and all of your design questions.

Color Consulting
$100/1 Hour: Interior + Exterior

-As simple as it sounds, we come to you with our suitcase of paint swatches and help you select your colors.
